What are the Festival opening times?

11am-5.30pm on Saturday, November 15.

Is the Festival family friendly?

No. The event is for over-18s only.

What drinks are available for tasting and purchase?

The full drinks list will be available soon.

Can I bring my own drinks and food?

You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks in sealed containers. The Festival is a licenced event and only alcohol purchased at the event can be consumed on-site. Bags will be checked by event security on arrival.

Can I bring pets?

No. Only authorised service animals will be permitted entry.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes. Entry is via Breakwater Road.

How do I purchase tickets?

Are tickets available at the gate?

General admission tickets may be available at the gate on event day unless sold out prior. VIP tickets and bus shuttle tickets must be purchased online prior to the event.

Can I bring my own gazebo / shade structure / cool cabana?

No. Shaded areas, tables and umbrellas will be provided within the Festival grounds. You can bring picnic rugs or folding chairs.

How do I catch the shuttle bus?

The shuttle bus must be pre-booked online at https://events.humanitix.com/pinot-coast-wine-and-food-festival-2025 and will leave South Geelong Station & Geelong Racecourse every 20 minutes from 10.30am-6pm.

What are the conditions of entry?

Intoxicated persons will not be admitted entry

Persons in possession of liquor will not be permitted to enter the Festival.

It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume alcohol.

It is an offence to purchase liquor or supply liquor to minors.

Supply of liquor to minors will be reported to police and penalties will be applied.

ID may be required for all patrons for service of alcohol including in the VIP area.

Exhibitors can refuse to serve alcohol to any attendee if they believe the attendee is intoxicated

BYO alcohol is not allowed

Animals are not allowed other than registered service animals

Smoking is not allowed within the Festival grounds

Event staff, security or a police officer can refuse entry or ask patrons to leave if they think they are likely to:

Cause injury to anyone else

Damage property

Cause risk to public safety or are disorderly

Be carrying prohibited drugs and/or substances
